A mission born from experience.
OKLTAI was founded by Tiffany Laitola, a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief, educator, and lifelong advocate for practical learning.
After decades of teaching, leading, and mentoring adults across military, academic, and professional environments, she witnessed the extraordinary potential people possess when given the opportunity to learn, grow, and apply what they know.
She also saw a challenge:
Many learning experiences focused on information, while few focused on transformation.
That realization became the foundation of OKLTAI.
